Camargus provides a complete solution to produce online immersive experiences based on our omni-directional video technology. Omni-directional (or 360°, panoramic) videos enable a user to look around and and zoom in, like traditional panoramic photographs (e.g. QuickTime VR). Unlike still panoramic images, an omni-directional video produces moving imagery. This creates an improved sense of immersion and enables you to convey the actual atmosphere of a location. It gives the user a sense of actually being there.
Camargus has developed new technology which includes a portable and autonomous recording system for omni-directional video. The system allows for recording at virtually any location, both indoor and outdoor. Our image processing software offers the best quality and performance and is the result of over 5 years of development and experience. Your omni-directional video can be online in a matter of minutes, and can be viewed with our web-based player (shown above). Our software even offers real-time performance for real-time streaming of a live event.
